Bryce Aberg is an industrial capital markets specialist with Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in institutional property leasing and sales, industrial sales, and tenant representation, in all central and south San Diego submarkets, including Miramar, Poway, Kearny Mesa, Sorrento Mesa, SorrentoValley, Rancho Bernardo, Otay Mesa, Chula Vista, and National City, as well as institutional tenant representation in all major West Coast markets.

Bryce joined Cushman & Wakefield (BRE Commercial) in 2003 and has since completed over 1,500 sale and lease transactions, totaling over 20 million square feet for a total consideration of more than $2.5 billion. Bryce was previously an industrial landlord and tenant specialist with Lee & Associates in Newport Beach, where he was consistently ranked as a top-producing sales associate and was named Rookie of the Year in 2002.

A graduate of the University of San Diego, Bryce holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing. Bryce was a member of Cassidy Turley San Diego’s Leadership Development Group in 2007 and is a committee member for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He is a Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) member and a member of the CCIM Institute of Commercial Real Estate. Bryce is also actively involved with the Economic Development Corporation’s Corporate Leaders Advocating Success Skills (CLASS).

Brant Aberg is an industrial/R&D landlord and tenant specialist with Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in institutional property leasing and sales as part of a co-broker team in the central San Diego area. He has more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate focusing on representing landlords and tenants in negotiating all aspects of a purchase or lease transaction. Brant joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005, was named the Rookie of the Year in 2008 and in 2016 alone closed 226 transactions for a total consideration of $367 million. Brant has completed over 1,400 sale and lease transactions, totaling more than 13 million square feet for at total consideration of $1+ billion.

A graduate of the University of San Diego, Brant holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Marketing. Brant is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the CCIM Institute of Commercial Real Estate and the University of San Diego Real Estate Alumni group. He is also actively involved with the Boys and Girls Clubs as a volunteer.
